Shipping Time
We will use air transportation for shipment, and the estimated delivery time is within 8-15 days to reach you; If you want to receive your package faster, you can choose the faster logistics shipping (Premium Shipping (5-8Days)), but this requires you to bear a portion of the expedited cost (approximately $4.99).
Processing Time
It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
Generally, orders are shipped within 1-2 working days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delays.
Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Order Modifications
Once an order is placed, it enters our processing queue immediately and cannot be modified online. However, if you need to make changes, please contact us at liyouli@tojewelryshop.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but modifications cannot be guaranteed.
